The results are official, the FOnewearl has become the last Force to face elimination. The FOmarl is the victor, and will go on to face the HUcaseal and winner of the Ranger contest in the final rounds. So, with that said, let the Ranger eliminations begin!

No, you're in the right here, as far as I'm concerned. There is a big difference between your opinion and forcing your will onto somebody.

please, lets not make this a PSOWish "this character owns that character" war... if it turns into that i will close, and delete the PSO survivor threads.

This brings back memories of those classic "character vs. character", "tier vs tier", and "who doesn't stand a chance??" type threads I used to see/post in on all those fighting game sites....which I now avoid like the plague.

I'll vote by secret ballot to keep the aggression to a minimum. Come to think of it, I wasn't too pleased by the comments on HUnewearls in the hunter elimination threads, either.

Fuel to the fire, as they say. Helped me stay strong for those two weeks....heh. Always root for the underdog....

It looks like people are taking this too personally. I don't think Mute had that in mind when starting this contest. It seems to me there is a thin line seperating one's feelings from their "in character" dispositions. This seems to show itself quite a bit on pso. I don't like the way this is going, and there seems to be irreparable damage done already.

I figured that when it got to the RA vote, it would get like this.

Anyway, how on Earth will we know when someone is RPing in character, and speaking as a person? Maybe you guys should come up with something like...um...hmm....say an Icon to post at the start of a sentence or paragraph, then a similar icon to indicate the end of the character "speaking". I think it might help clear up some confusion, and cool off a few tempers while we're at it.

Yea guys, no need to fight over something as trivial as this. The last thing I want is for anyone's feelings to be hurt. If someone finds these polls offensive, I can stop em immediately. =/

I dream of a place where HUcasts get along with HUnnies... A place with pirates and ninjas living in perfect harmony. ^.^

Now, maybe such a place may never come to be... but I'd like to think we can all keep our cool and be friends here. This is just for fun! Take it easy, neh? ;)

I thought it would be pretty obvious to everyone that this type of thread is a complete joke in the first place, and only for fun. I rue the fact that any one of you actually takes anything said in this type of discussion seriously, especially when we are all PSO vets and know the advantages and disadvantages of all the characters.

note* - to all that read...these elimination threads can be very passionate - although you may or may not have considered that Mute, any thread along these lines would not easily go without its consequences.. =. yes, i'm passionate about the HUnewearl ~ regardless of what others might think of that class, there is something very special that i see in her, as well as RAmarl.. the vote threads are designed for debate & elimination of the classes ~ all i say is keep the commentary focused around that, & we'll have no issues..

Well I hope no one was too passionate about the RAmar, for he's gone!
