I was working on the forum last night and made a grievous error and some irrecoverable changes were made. This was completely unacceptable and I needed to restore my most recent backup of the database. Unfortunately this backup was from the 5th of this month. As a result we have lost 5 days of post info and possibly a member who had registered in that time.
This was not a problem with the webhost as had occured a few months ago, nor was this a result of our so called "hacker attack" a few days ago, this is 100% my own fault and I take full responsibility.
This will not happen ever again.

Don't worry about it Dive...everyone makes mistakes so don't beat yourself up for it. Besides...I didn't like the past 5 days very much anyways lol...

I wouldn't worry too much about it. These things happen from time to time.

Eh, only problem I had was that I had to re-register. Oh well. I made only one post beforehand anyway. Now... to go post an intro thread? Ooooor... I can just say hi here and go on my merry way. ^_^

I have done worse to things...trust me. Please, please relax
I, along with most of the other members here understand that though improvement it is easy to make a mistake here and there. Really, all that has been lost (that we wanted to keep) can be recreated by the original posters if they wish. It is just a speed bump along the way. Have fun and we look forward to future improvements to the site!
