So. Fable, the awesome Xbox game, is coming to a PC near you soon, and they are adding in about a third more content! Which means new weapons, new monsters and new areas. Very cool for you PC kids with no Xbox. Not so good for us Mac kids though (I do have an Xbox and I loved Fable)
BUT! There's more news!!

*snipped from computerandvideogames.com*
Fable: The Lost Chapters, the PC version of Big Blue Box's Xbox role-playing game that's boasting graphical improvements and beefed up content, will be making its way onto Microsoft's console if reports are to be believed.

Truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, or, er, not? Well, Big Blue Box's parent company Lionhead Studios would neither confirm or deny these reports when contacted earlier, leaving us dangling with a "no comment", but Lionhead big cheese Peter Molyneux did hint at the possibility of Xbox owners receiving the original content being stuffed into the PC version of the RPG when we sat down with him for a chat recently.

"It would be nice but that's all I can say for the moment," Molyneux responded to our 'Talking of Fable: The Lost Chapters, don't you think it would be nice for Xbox owners to get that original content too?' question.

"It is a third bigger, there's a third more content in every respect. We could have delayed Fable another six months on Xbox, but we would have got crucified for that," Molyneux continued, before adding: "However I think it's an opportunity to give those people - at a reasonable price - a kind of Director's Cut."

Altogether now... Hmm. And... Interesting. As ever, if we hear anything more on Fable: The Lost Chapters on Xbox (or potentially Xbox 2, which we'll say in a moment of Friday giddiness), we'll certainly let you know.

Sounds great to me!
Icaras
i thoroughly enjoy(ed) Fable on the Xbox.

I hope they decide to port over this "extended edition".
