I dunno, it just worked out that way! You can't deny the Rufus video matches like... perfect with your face though.

Great mother of fuck. Me and D we're housing it up online when all of a sudden my screen freaks out. I turn my 360 back on and I have a Red Light and an Error message saying E-&4 and call customer service. :(
Impeccable fucking timing. -------------------- "Brotherhood asked for no friendship, only loyalty. They stood back to back as the galaxy burned - always brothers, never friends; traitors together unto the last." --an Excerpt from a Night Lords Novel Void Stalkers Chapter X: Revenge |

Damn man, that sucks =/. That's like the worst timing ever. I hope you get your 360 fixed up soon, it was mad fun playing haha. I played a bunch of matches with Crush last night too, this game is fun as hell haha. I suggest to anyone getting the game to check out the Challenge Mode with your favorite character and see how far it takes you. When you start to tread into the Hard challenges, the game unofficially teaches you how to play the game. You learn how to the Focus Attack works in more advanced ways (like being able to cancel special moves with it). I'm picking up the PS3 SE today, and hopefully my Fightpad for 360 as well. THIS IS GONNA BE ONE HELL OF A SHOW!

Hell yeah man, this game is just like Rival Schools but with better graphics!
Hahaha, but seriously. I haven't had this much fun with a fighting game since MvsC2. It really does capture the playablity of SF2, but with a shitload of new depth. The cancels and EX Focus Attacks really add a layer of strategy and deception to the game. You gotta stay on the ball and know when that shit's coming or you are totally wide open for rape (specifically a SAKURA rape if you're playing against D). I'm going on a journey today to see if I can grab a damn arcade controller or pad, cuz the 360 controller just isn't really cutting it for me :( -------------------- |

I'm sure we've all felt like that towards Street Fighter bosses. Bison, Gill, Apocalypse. -------------------- "Brotherhood asked for no friendship, only loyalty. I'm sure we've all felt like that towards Street Fighter bosses. Bison, Gill, Apocalypse. Bison was cake compared to recent SF bosses. He might've been hard back then but he wasn't impossible to beat. Anyway, I stopped by gamestop to see if they had any controllers and lo and behold: Its no tournament edition but it was the only one they had so I went ahead and bought it. I'll have impressions for the show this weekend. Oh yeah, laptop desk + drum throne = maximum comfort. In the indestructible scale, I'll give it an almost indestructible. -------------------- |

I got my Fightpad (finally...) from Gamecrazy yesterday. The result? I got the "Play To Win" Achievement (10 ranked in a row). It's not as awesome as the Saturn USB I use for PS3, but it works pretty well, I'll throw in a review for that too on the podcast.
As for Seth, I've played (and lost to) him enough times now to know how his AI works . The first round is always pretty easy, it's the second round where gets all wtfbullshit! First thing is do NOT jump in or he'll Shoryuken almost every time. It's ok to jump in if he starts spamming his Dhalsim arms or Sonic Booms. He'll do those moves if you're across the screen. If you crouch and block just a little aways from him, he'll often try and do his kick move (the one that hits like 15 times or whatever) when you block it, throw him. If he teleports a lot, keep moving yourself, as this is usually the time when he likes to Spinning Pile Drive a lot. The main key is playing defensively, if you're too aggressive, he'll likely win every fight. -------------------- |

I came to post this and Donkey has already beaten me to the punch. I'll also have controller impressions for this weekend. Now I can finally man up on my SF game. THIS IS GONNA BE ONE HELL OF A FIGHT. -------------------- |
