Well, I've finally decided to purchase an X-Box. I've heard alot of great things about some games, but I'm not sure which ones to choose. Does anyone know of any good games to keep me busy for a while? I'm into fighting and shooting games mostly, but I'm willing to try anything. Also, which X-Box Live! games are actually worth getting if anyone knows?

If you're looking for good XBL action, pick up Crimson Skies (I think it comes free with the XBL starter kit now, even). Its a great arcade-style flight shooting game, and tons of fun online.
Project Gotham Racing 2 is also serious fun on XBL, if you're a fan of arcade type racing, you can't pass it up. I also can't get enough of Sega's JSRF and Crazy Taxi 3, but I know a lot of people would disagree with me on the quality of these titles  People have already mentioned a bunch of my XB faves, Morrowind, KOTOR, Panzer Dragoon Orta, and Ninja Gaiden. Another great game that you can pick up on the cheap is Metal Arms: Glitch in the System.
