Capcom officially announced development of the true successor to the fighting game king, Street Fighter 4, today. HEL YEH. It's a year or so out from release now, but we can assume it will be (at least) for 360 and PS3 (and hopefully online!.)

ive seen a video that shows gameplay. right now my only concern is the camera angles n some moves could be problematic for combos.

Yeah Ken throwing Ryu and they kinda like fly towards the background and the camera angle shifts to show its a 3D space. Weird.
